I am a psychologist and a psychotherapist. I have graduated from Psychodynamic School of Psychotherapy in Cracow, where I have attended a four-year course. My offer includes counselling and individual psychotherapy for adults and teenagers over 16 years old. I work in a psychodynamic approach, applying Transference Focused Psychotherapy (TFP) elements.

Psychotherapy sessions last 45 minutes, and take place in a psychotherapeutic office in the centre of Cracow. Psychotherapy is a cooperation between a patient and a psychotherapist. This process lasts also after finishing the session and requires you to invest a reasonable amount of energy and engagement.
